Spiritual

Every year, more than 2,000 public school students encounter the Gospel, many of whom are hearing it for the very first time. 60% of participants reported increase in church commitment after 15 weeks. At the end of the year 70% of Compass club members report stronger faith in Jesus. Highlighting the power of Jesus’ teaching, relational connection and spiritual care.

Mental Health

We are seeing measurable and meaningful impact on student mental health and well-being. Parents and participants report a 50% healing in self-esteem and mental related struggles. Also 70% of students involved our clubs report an increased sense of belonging, self worth and higher purpose. Providing community events; Prayer & Worship Nights, Community Service, and exposure to Adventure in Nature have all contributed significantly to moments of healing, repentance and freedom from fear, confusion and discouragement as they are surrounded by a caring, gospel centered community.

Church Unity

By partnering with youth pastors and supporting struggling youth groups, we have seen a 10–15% increase in youth group attendance and 15% in Discipleship group commitment. Through corporate evangelism and discipleship on school campuses and within local communities, these partnerships have strengthened both churches and students. Together, these efforts have transformed traditional youth group culture from inward focused programs to outward missional facing models grounded in unity, collaboration, and Gospel-centered discipleship.

Leadership Development

We equip, resource, train, and disciple students on and off campus and in everyday life. Compass students experience increased leadership opportunities that equip them to serve in their churches and other faith-based ministries. There is a 30% increase in personal witnessing, including sharing their faith or testimony with others. Over time, students grow in spiritual maturity and discipleship, ultimately leading their peers to Christ.

Generational Transformation

We are witnessing powerful generational transformation among today’s youth. 35% of teens engaged through our ministry place their faith in Jesus for the first time and 40% rededicated their faith, marking a life changing moment that reshapes their identity, purpose, and future. In a generation increasingly marked by anxiety, isolation, and confusion, our vision is to see an anxious generation transformed into a holy generation raised up in Christ.
